Working donkey in China May 15th 2011, 16:14 When I wrote here recently about donkeys in China, I needed a photo to go with the post. I knew I had photographed donkeys in China, but could I find the images? I only happened on this donkey photo today while searching my computer (in vain) for a photograph of a radish. This picture of a donkey pulling a cartload of Chinese cabbages was taken in the town of Hunyuan in Shanxi province. At the time I was on my way to Mount Heng, the famous Taoist mountain.
